The free tools on this website — including the keyword density checker, readability checker, word counter, SEO title and meta description checker, and robots.txt generator — are provided free of charge, as-is, for general informational and educational purposes. They are intended to assist with SEO decision-making but do not constitute professional advice, and results should be reviewed critically rather than relied upon exclusively. I am not liable for any outcome resulting from decisions made based solely on these tools’ output.

3. SEO Services Engagement

Any SEO services described on this website — including local SEO, technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and AEO/GEO services — are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed directly with each client. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed individually before work begins, typically following a free initial audit. No work commences until both parties have agreed on scope and pricing, whether in writing, over WhatsApp, or via a formal proposal.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed on a per-client basis at the start of engagement. For clients working through Upwork, that platform’s own payment protection and escrow terms apply. For direct clients, payment schedules (upfront, milestone-based, or monthly retainer) are specified in the individual agreement or proposal.

5. No Ranking Guarantees

SEO involves search engine algorithms controlled entirely by Google, Bing, and other platforms — none of which are controlled by me or any SEO provider. While every service is delivered using current, ethical, white-hat best practices, no specific ranking position, traffic volume, or timeline can be guaranteed. Any provider promising guaranteed rankings should be treated with scepticism, since no legitimate SEO professional can control a search engine’s algorithm.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, the free tools’ code, and design — is owned by Muhammad Ziaullah unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Content created for clients as part of a paid engagement (website copy, strategy documents, reports) becomes the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website and its free tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, the free tools, or any SEO services, beyond the fees actually paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing SEO service engagement with reasonable written notice, as specified in the individual service agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable according to the agreed payment terms.
