The challenge: Service pages with unoptimized titles, meta descriptions, and no clear keyword targeting — real estate, general consulting, and technical/data services pages were effectively invisible for their core search terms.
What I did — rewrote and optimized 3 core service pages:
- Real Estate in Georgia & Alabama — title, permalink, and meta description rebuilt around the target keyword, reaching a 75/100 Rank Math SEO score.
- General Consulting — optimized for “General Consulting,” “real estate,” and “land for sale,” reaching 72/100.
- Technical & Data Services — retargeted around “Technical & Data Services” and “real estate,” reaching 71/100.
- Heading structure and internal linking cleaned up across all three pages to clarify topic relevance for Google.

The challenge: A full-site SEO audit scored the site at 72% overall SEO-ability — with 61 of 70 pages missing meta descriptions entirely, inconsistent title-tag lengths, and no structured keyword strategy across the site.
What I did:
- Full technical and on-page audit covering keyword usage, URL structure, title tags, meta descriptions, heading tags, and internal/outbound linking across all 70 pages.
- Rewrote titles and meta descriptions for priority pages — the About page and Recipes page each passed with a perfect Yoast score (8/8 and 7/7 “good” checks respectively).
- Identified and flagged image optimization needs — untagged alt text and non-optimized filenames scheduled for a WebP conversion pass.
- Delivered a prioritized action plan — keyword grouping, content development, speed fixes, schema markup, and a realistic backlink-building roadmap.
